customer service training
program, has 10 certified
trainers and has opened to
all Department of Aviation
employees.
On December 8, eight police
officers and 10 firefighters
began the intensive training.
They were the first City of
Atlanta employees to receive
the training; employees of
other Airport-wide businesses
and organizations began
training in early August.
