Note: This is a living document from which the eLPS Policies and Procedures Committee are targeting gaps in UAB policies and procedures regarding online program and course deliver that need to
be addressed. The Online Learning Consortium (OLC) Scorecard was used as a baseline and compared to SACSCOC requirements and Quality Matters (QM) Rubric (Quality Indicators). The order
of quality indicators within each category does not signify rank of importance.
