File can be submitted via email, CD/DVD or flash drive (email is preferred) and all graphics
must be a minimum of 300dpi and be in .jpg, TIFF or GIF format and/or print ready for four-
color CMYK.
Photos from websites will not print well so if you have original photos or camera-ready art,
please submit them. Desired fonts and graphics MUST be included with the submitted ad. Full
color ads must be print ready.
Ads must be submitted at least a week (preferably two weeks) in advance of newsletter
publication (tentatively scheduled for mid-month). If ads are received after that, there is a chance
your ad will not be seen until the following month.
NOTE – A six-month contract offers a 15% discount and a 12-month contract offers a 20%
discount. All WMFVA members receive an additional 10% discount.
